01. Hardware Integrity

1. What is the primary age of your workstations?

5+ Years (Windows 7/8, Spinning HDDs) 2-4 Years (Consumer Grade Laptops/PCs) New / Enterprise Grade / Custom Linux

2. Where does your company's "Brain" (Core Data) live?

Scattered across random employee laptops. Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive (Cloud). Dedicated Local Server / NAS (On-Premise).

3. "Fire Zone" Protocol: If the internet goes down for 48 hours...

Business stops. We cannot access files or clients. We have some files on USB drives, but it's messy. Zero downtime. We operate on Local Offline Nodes.

4. How do you manage your Client List / Inventory?

Paper files, Sticky notes, or Whiteboard. Excel Spreadsheets (Multiple versions, manual entry). Central SQL Database or CRM.

5. Disaster Recovery: If your main computer crashed today...

We would lose everything. (No backups). We might lose a week of work. No loss. Automated redundant backups exist.

6. How does your team currently use AI (ChatGPT, etc.)?

Employees paste client data into public ChatGPT. We use paid accounts, but no privacy filters. We use Local LLMs or "Air-Gapped" Agents.

7. Do you handle Regulated Data (HIPAA, Legal, Financial)?

Yes, on standard computers (High Risk). No, general business data only. Yes, on encrypted/role-gated systems.

8. Data Exfiltration Risk

An employee could copy all files to a USB drive easily. I'm not sure. Systems are locked down via Role-Based Access.
